Hosting Servers

All Morgansoft dedicated and shared servers are located and managed in a purpose-built UK data centre, providing the perfect environment for the servers to operate to their full potential.

Plugged directly to the backbone of the internet and safeguarded by comprehensive physical and environmental security measures, you can be confident that the server will experience the very highest levels of uptime and reliability in the dedicated UK data centre.

The data centre uses the most advanced APC X UPS system available, providing uninterruptible power to the servers. In the case of a power outage, the power supply is switched instantly (with absolutely no interruption) to a diesel generator capable of running the data centre for 30 days.

SLA

Thanks to multiple redundant internet connections, Morgansoft are so confident that your server will experience the highest levels of up-time, that if your server does experience downtime, we'll refund your money.

The highest levels of uptime are your guarantee. If ever our internet connectivity fails to meet the 99.9% up-time guarantee for your server, you'll be eligible to claim for one day's service fee for every hour that your server is unavailable.

Please note: If we cannot fulfil this dedicated server SLA, any compensation will be limited to the total fees that you have prepaid, excluding any setup fees.

Service Prices

Our consultants work on a range of daily prices depending on the skillset required. As a guide, senior consultants are charged from £60 per hour. Junior consultants start at £15 per hour.

Product development work is charged on a lump sum basis and typically starts at £1000.
